Each item from Personalise ME is crafted with care and attention to detail. We understand that you're excited to receive your unique gifts, so we work efficiently to get them ready. All items typically take around 1 week to make and prepare for dispatch, ensuring the highest quality before they leave us.

Your postage choices
We offer flexible postage options to suit your needs. When you're checking out, you'll be able to choose your preferred delivery method. The cost will vary depending on the service you select and your location. We strive to provide transparent pricing so you can make an informed decision for your personalised gift.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, we will not be held responsible for orders that are sent to the wrong address.
Once your items are with the courier, delivery times are out of our control and the courier’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos also and we will be happy to resolve it.
